Fresh Green Pea Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen (thawed green peas—not canned)
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 3 Tbsp sunflower seed butter or other nut/seed butter of your choice
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice or lime juice
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 clove small garlic

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Great with corn chips and veggies or as a sandwich spread.
