Fresh Green Pea Dip
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh or frozen (thawed green peas—not canned)
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- 3 Tbsp sunflower seed butter or other nut/seed butter of your choice
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice or lime juice
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 clove small garlic

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Great with corn chips and veggies or as a sandwich spread.
